The Perfect Gift After a Great Show
As a model, I’m fortunate in that I get to try on all the latest styles as they hit the runway. I am one of the first people to try on a garment after it is produced. It’s a really exciting feeling. The last show I was in was really unique. The designer is a good friend of mine, and he wanted each of the models to wear a shamballa bracelet as they walked down the runway. He said that the bracelet would give us a special energy that would make us sparkle even more as we showed off his creations. He’s a true believer in things that can’t always be explained, but it always works out in the end. We each had on a bracelet for the duration of the show. The bracelets match our outfits perfectly and sparkled as we swung our arms.
By the time the show was over, I was in love with my bracelet. I really wanted to take it home, but I didn’t think that would be allowed. I reluctantly gave it back and went on my way.
