I Keep Getting These Harassing Phone Calls
I have to wonder how much fun it must be to get in serious debt issue, because I have no debts and I still have this dope calling me up trying to collect money I do not owe anyone. I met this guy who said he was one of a group of bankruptcy lawyers in san diego and I told him what was going on. Of course they have laws against this sort of thing, especially if you are completely innocent. With me it is just a matter of having gotten a phone number which once belonged to some other person. I have no clue what they did or why these people are after them, but they must have owed them a lot of money. It does not seem like people would get this upset over chicken feed, or at least if it was me it would take a lot of money before I could find the energy to be this big of a jerk.
Of course I had to block this number after a bit and I talked to some person in some consumer protection agency, or whatever it is that the state calls it. Of course they will probably do something, but it is not like they have a rapid response time. They probably have a lot of important things that they could be wasting the tax payer’s money and time on, rather than keep this jerk from dialing up my phone and harassing me. It is not like that is anything which is really all that vital, although I obviously would think it is more important than other people would. The state probably has a lot of other stuff that they need to do which is far more important and does more good for a lot more people than just for me.
